Nina Dante

Soprano Nina Dante has just moved to NYC from Chicago where she earned a degree in Vocal Performance from Northwestern University. During her time at NU, she lived abroad for one year in Paris where she studied chamber music and French classical music at the École normale de musique. In 2011, she co-founded the chamber ensemble Fonema Consort, which performs avant garde and contemporary classical music for the voice with instruments. While living in Chicago, Nina served as soprano soloist, accompanist to the children's choir, and director of the youth handbell choir at Trinity United Methodist Church (Wilmette).
